Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification:

(i) 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(ii) Skill Test Norms. Dictation:-10 mts @ 80 words per minute (short hand). Transcription: 50 mts (English) 65 mts (Hindi) on ComputerAge Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between 18-27 Years (Relaxable for Central Government Employees up to 40 years in accordance with the instructions/orders issued by Government from time to time). Crucial date for determining age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Pay Scale :

Pay Scale: Rs.5200 - 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

3. Read the Advertisement carefully to be sure about your eligibility

4. Take a print out of application form

4. Fill your Academic Qualification & Other Related Information as per the instructions

5. Ensure the information provided is correct

6. Hard Copies of the signed application (registered online) along with photocopies of (i) ID proof (ii) Proof of Date of Birth (iii) Educational Certificates: Mark-Sheets/Degree Certificate (iv) Caste and attested copies of relevant documents should be addressed to “Senior Quality Assurance Officer , Senior Quality Assurance Establishment (Engq. Eqpt) , DGQA Complex, Pazhavanthangal P.O , CHENNAI TAMILNADU-600114” by post so as to reach us by 17.11.2017. Envelope must be super-scribed with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF “…………….”

7. Attested copies of Certificates (not original) of Educational Qualification , Proof of Date of Birth, Mark sheets and one self addressed envelope ( of size 30 x 12 cm ) with required postal stamp affixed thereon and full address written/typed in English are to be enclosed along with the application. However, original certificates should be brought while attending the test for verification
